Surrey Loft Conversion Case Study

We had a great time working on this lovely property. As the property is located in the Surrey Hills area of outstanding beauty, there were certain planning restrictions that we had to keep in mind. However, we were able to come up with a solution that satisfied all parties involved. We designed a rear-pitched roof dormer which provided additional space to create a cosy guest bedroom with a shower room.

The spacious landing area allowed our client to add some useful storage with a laundry cupboard. The existing sloped front and side roof also provided ample eaves storage space which is accessible through the eaves storage hatches. Additionally, we installed hardwired lighting to make the space more functional.
